Getting started
Onboarding & basics
Most customers are live within 5 business days. We have a 30-minute onboarding call where we capture your business details, scripts, pricing and calendar setup.
Because we run remotely, we serve trade businesses worldwide. We're most active in the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand, but we onboard customers from any English-speaking market. Book a consultation and we'll confirm coverage for your region.
No. We give you a dedicated forwarding number that you point your existing business line to. Customers still dial your usual number — you stay in control.
Our handlers answer in your business name with the script you approve. Most callers think it's your in-house reception team. We never identify as a third-party service unless you specifically want us to.
Calls & coverage
How the call service works
Business-hours coverage on the Sole Trader plan; 24/7 including weekends on Growing Trade and Established. We have handlers across multiple time zones so there's always someone awake.
We triage. If it's a real emergency (gas leak, burst pipe, no heating in winter for vulnerable customer), we route the call directly to you or your on-call number. Non-emergencies get booked into your calendar like normal.
Our handlers are trade-trained — they know the basics. For anything beyond basic qualification, we transfer or take a detailed message for you. We never bluff technical answers.
Google Calendar, Outlook, ServiceM8, Jobber, Tradify, simPRO, HouseCall Pro, Workiz and most major trade platforms. If you use something else, ask us — we likely support it.
AI Summaries
About the AI service
Calls are transcribed (with the caller's consent), the AI extracts the key details — name, address, job type, urgency, quote estimate — and sends you a one-screen summary by email or SMS within 60 seconds.
Yes. We're fully compliant with GDPR (UK & EU), the Australian Privacy Act, Canada's PIPEDA, and US state-level privacy laws. All callers receive a consent prompt at the start of the call.
Yes — on Growing Trade and above. We learn your pricing during onboarding (call-out, hourly, fixed-price jobs) and the AI suggests a rough quote range based on what the customer described.
Business course
About the course
The frameworks are universal, but we provide country-specific templates and guides for the UK, Australia, USA, Canada, NZ and Ireland — covering business registration, insurance, tax and trade certifications.
Most people complete the course in 4–6 weeks, doing one module per weekend. But it's lifetime access — go at your own pace.
Yes — Growing Trade and Established plans include full course access. You can also buy the course on its own for a one-off fee.
Billing
Payments & contracts
Monthly, in your local currency, via card or direct debit. No long-term contracts, no setup fees.
We don't offer a free trial because every account requires bespoke onboarding. We do offer a free consultation where we'll show you exactly how it works — book one any time.
If something goes wrong in your first 14 days, contact us and we'll refund the unused portion of your month. After that, you can cancel any time but past months aren't refunded.
